LIT is our premier leadership program for youth looking to build confidence, leadership, and employment readiness skills. Participants will take part in team-building activities, workshops, and guest speaker sessions while developing real-world leadership experience. The program also includes HIGH FIVE® certification, resume and interview preparation support, and the opportunity to prepare for future leadership and employment opportunities within the City of Orillia Recreation and Parks Division and beyond.
