Orillia Lifesaving Team - Gold (7-11 years)

Gold division for OLT consists of athletes looking to perform and take a more dedicated approach to Lifesaving Sport to perform at provincial lifesaving competitions. Practice at this level is more demanding, with workouts focusing on a high level of stroke proficiency, technique, speed and strength. Increasing focus and dedication to efficiency of managing lifesaving equipment, turns and dive starts will be the targeted. Athletes attending competitions should have 1 OLT wearable to represent the club and available for purchase through the teamstore, opening every session. Age pre-requisite is calculated based off qualifying age group on Junior Provincial Championships date of June 12, 2026. Training Times & Commitment: Monday - 5:30-6:30pm Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm Friday 5:30-6:30pm Attend Telegames and at minimum 2-3 regional competitions and the Junior Provincial Championships.
