Sacred Circle Dance is similar to folk dace with the difference of being the intention, which is less about perfecting the steps and more about a body-mind-spirit experience. The dances blend a wide variety of music from many cultures, both ancient and modern. Some dances are lively, others meditative, some with stories that reflect our concern for peace, community and the environment, and others just for the sheer joy of movement to beautiful music!
